Champion V8 Supercars driver Jason Richards passed away last night, at just 35 years of age.
Fourteen months ago Richards was diagnosed with adrenocortical carcinoma, and had been undergoing surgery and chemotherapy.
Unfortunately, it got the better of him – but not before he got to speak on his thoughts about the disease, and how racing has helped him deal with the emotions and life changes that came with it.
