Why did he not have a hook release on the helicopter?I have worked under these type of situations.You never take your machine below the highest point on an attatched line.Especialy with all those other lines nearby.Way to close to objects near by.The guy on the ground should have never touched that line.To many peaople standing around.Not much planning and control in my view.
