Mario Balotelli stamps Scott Parker

There was plenty of controversy as Mario Balotelli stepped up to slot the winning penalty for Manchester city at Etihad Stadium against Tottenham Hotspur in the Barclays Premier League today..

Not because the penalty was given, but because Balotelli was even on the pitch.

Earlier he had stamped on Spurs’ Scott Parker and perhaps should have been sent off but the stamping was missed by referee Howard Webb.
