A video of a young boy singing "Ain't No Homos Going to Make It to Heaven" in church is going viral today. Watch the video at the bottom of this article.

After the child sings "I know the Bible's right, somebody's wrong... ain't no homos gonna make it to heaven", the church gives a standing ovation. It is reportedly the Apostolic Truth Tabernacle Church.

A number of high profile lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) bloggers and allies have re-posted the video.

Meanwhile, the debate over gay marriage is continuing in the US.

Gay students at America's military service academies are wrapping up the first year when they no longer had to hide their sexual orientation.

They are benefiting from the end of the "don't ask, don't tell" policy that used to bar them from seemingly ordinary activities like taking their partners openly to graduation events.

Further afield, Zimbabwe's president Robert Mugabe recently said the "gay world" goes against nature at a women's HIV/Aids and gender rights conference in Harare. Homosexuality is illegal in Zimbabwe.

Mugabe said male homosexuality took away women's traditional rights of being mothers.

All religion operates this way. I saw a young boy maybe 6 walking hand in hand with his father; he wore upon his head a type of hat, peculiar to a particular religion. I understood he had no real choice in the matter, he was destined to spend his entire life wearing that hat and so would his children, and their children, ad infinitum. The children of all religions wear funny hats. Their malleable minds absorb absurdities regurgitating the same, for generation after generation. Science and education are the foils of religion, faith and funny hats; they are the fountainhead of truth. So why do we oppress that truth perpetuating the insanity that compels everyone to wear a funny hat of sorts; censoring intelligent discussion and discourse about the true nature of religion?

This child should be singing Aint no Right Wing political supporters going to make it into heaven. The one thing that "pretend" right wing christians forget about the bible are the parts that tell Of Jesus throwing money lenders, and gamblers out of the tabernacles. The parts of the bible that state that idolitry is a sin... yet these supposed christians spens millions on their buildings... even though god said "where three or more people are gathered in my name I will be there". In gods eyes... Right wingers vote for money and material wealth and dont care about people.... other than themselves. I would expect this sort of idiocy from Colin Craig... who pretends to be christian... but if he actually read his bible correctly he would understand that there is no way in hell that god would accept someone like him into heaven. The modern day church is full of bigotry and hatred... self indulgence and greed. The parents of this child chould be utterly ashmaed of themselves.

Well in one sense the poor brainwashed child is correct. It is quite impossible for someone, Homosexual or otherwise, to go somewhere that just ain't there... Not the first time the unwitting have come to the correct conclusion quite by accident. To put it another way even a blind squirrel will find an occasional acorn. It is of course apt that the description of this video should be "viral" as that word best describes the sentiment being expressed. The vaccine that is reason continues to be our best defense against such outbreaks of ignorance.
