West Bromwich Albion’s Goran Popov had a brain explosion in their English Premier Match against Tottenham Hotspur.
Popov was involved in an altercation with Kyle Walker and seemingly spat at him.
Referee Mark Clattenburg immediately pulled out the red card to the Macedonian.
The score at that stage was 0-0.
