Manchester City wins 6-1 on aggregate
ALL VIDEO UP - Manchester City - too slick, too classy, and too good for Porto. Deserved winners.
Full time - And that's all she wrote. On a rainy night in Manchester, the home side has sounded a warning to their Europa League rivals: they are a force to be reckoned with. 4-0 winners here today, and move through to the Round of 16 6-1 on aggregate. We'll have the full match highlights up in just a few minutes.
90 mins - Sergio Aguero's been named man of the match, and well deserved. Scored after 20 seconds, set up Man City's second, and has been threatening every time he touches the ball. On the other hand, Porto look desperate for this to all be over with.
84 mins - GOAL! Pizarro gets his first goal for Manchester City! After setting up David Silva mere moments ago, Man City's new recruit gets one of his own!
83 mins - GOAL! Silva makes it 3-0.
81 mins - VIDEO UP - Dzeko's goal puts it beyond doubt for Man City.
78 mins - GOAL! Manchester City book their tickets to the Round of 16 through Dzeko. A lovely ball from Aguero gives Dezeko space, and it's academic. A second yellow for Portland's Rolando sees him sent off, and it could turn into a bit of a farce now. Video coming...
74 mins - Hulk dances around three Manchester City defenders, and has another shot on goal... but it's wide. He's a real bother for Man City, but luckily enough for the home side his efforts have come to naught.
70 mins - Nasri comes off for Manchester City. It feels like Roberto Mancini's side is in a holding pattern right now, just keen to put this one to bed and move on to bigger things.
66 mins - A wayward tackle from Yaya Tourie, as his sliding effort earns him a yellow card. That's a suspension for the Manchester City man.
64 mins - VIDEO UP - David Silva's shot on target, and Porto's goal is ruled offside. Meanwhile, the visitors are desperate to bring the scores level. They're far more energetic this half.
61 mins - Silva on target for Man City, but collected by the Porto keeper. Otamendi gets a boot to the face for Porto.
58 mins - VIDEO UP - Manchester City go close, and so does Porto. Meanwhile, Hulk is proving a handful for Man City at the moment. Hulk smash? Very nearly.
56 mins - Porto close again! They get it in goal, but they're ruled offside.
55 mins - Micah Richards wobbles from the field with what looks like a knee injury. Looked in real pain too.
51 mins - Oooh, so close Porto! A great ball from Hulk finds Lucho Gonzalez, who takes a tasty looking shot... but it's just wide of the left hand post. The visitor's best chance of the game so far. Video coming...
47 mins - Porto dodge another bullet! A sharp move up field from Man City almost results in both David Silva and Sergio Aguero scoring goals, but desperate Porto defence denies them. Video coming...
46 mins - Back underway at the Etihad. Porto will need a wee miracle to take the aggregate lead, and it will require them to win on English soil for the first time. Will Manchester City turn the knife? It all lies ahead of us.
Half-time - Manchester City are within spitting distance of the Europa League's Round of 16. That strike from Aguero after 20 seconds has sent Porto into a tailspin, and they don't look like recovering. At half time, it's Manchester City 1, Porto 0.
45 mins - We have a minute of additional time. Manchester City seem to be going through the motions in waiting for the whistle.
43 mins - Two important chances for Porto come to nothing. Another free kick from Hulk goes nowhere, and he ensuing corner kick is well off target.
40 mins - Hulk takes a free kick for Porto, and slams it into the Man City wall. It skives forward for the home side, and Yaya Tourie looks keen to have a shot. He passes it through to Aguero who goes for goal, but it shoots wide. Dangerous signs from Manchester City.
35 mins - VIDEO UP - Porto take a free kick, and Aguero's shot is denied by the crossbar.
32 mins - This looks promising from Porto, but their incisions into Manchester City's half aren't deep at all. The home side is clogging its defensive area with players. A 3-1 aggregate score is gold, as far as they're concerned.
28 mins - Oooh, so close for Aguero! Denied by the crossbar. It was a deft little touch that looked for all money to be going on, but it hits the crossbar, and jumps back into play. Video coming...
26 mins - Otamendi for Porto gets a yellow card, but Porto have a free kick for a dangerous tackle. It's a beautiful curling shot, but it was never heading on target. Video coming...
23 mins - VIDEO UP - Another promising chance for Manchester City, but it's ruled offside. Meanwhile, the home side is in cruise control, but Porto have had the lion's share of possession in the last few minutes.
14 mins - Rolando for Porto gets a yellow card for a rough challenge, as the rain starts to fall in Manchester. It seems like Manchester City is taking a softly-softly approach. They'll be keen to extend their lead beyond one goal.
8 mins - Porto pressing forward into Manchester City's half, but offering little on attack.
7 mins - VIDEO UP - Sergio Aguero puts Manchester City ahead after 20 seconds.
3 mins - Porto are shellshocked, this wasn't supposed to happen. The defending champs now have to score twice to have a shot of taking the tie.
1 min - GOAL! Porto go to sleep at the back, and Sergio Aguero pounces with the right foot. Manchester City take the lead after 20 seconds! Video coming...
1min - And it's game on, with Man City taking the kick off.
5:30am - Welcome everybody. Our updates will begin in 25 minutes.

Preview:
Manchester City will be smarting after their exit from the Champions League, but Roberto Mancini has a full squad to choose from. Sergio Aguero netted the winner against the Portuguese side the last time they met, and will be hungry for more this time around.
For FC Porto, the current Europa League champions, it’s expected they’ll only make one change to their line up. Defender Danilo suffered knee ligament damage after colliding with Yaya Tourie in the first leg, and is out for six weeks. Emidio Rafael and Marc Janko are also missing from Vitor Pereira’s squad.
