Thirteenth-ranked England have upset the table-topping All Blacks Sevens squad in their first match on day one of the Wellington Sevens.
England need a solid performance this weekend to avoid relegation and the 19 – 14 win over Gordon Tietjens’ troops should go some way to helping them avoid that embarrassment.
The New Zealanders next play Spain at 6:08pm tonight.
