Jorge Lorenzo has extended his lead in the Moto GP Championship after his closest rival Dani Pedrosa crashed out in the first lap at San Marino, the Spaniard clipping wheels with Hector Barbera.
Brit Karl Crutchlow didn't have the same excuse as this shot illustrates, spinning out of his own accord..
Lorenzo staying on his bike to extend his series lead over Pedrosa from 13 to 38 points.
