I remember seeing a documentary on a "day in the life of Paul Holmes" and it started with him driving over the harbour bridge at 3.30 am to prepare for his Newstalk ZB Breakfast show and his day didn't slow down until quite late in the evening. I salute you.. you certainly "seized the day!"... RIP Paul
