McLaren dominated practice at a wet German Grand Prix while Michael Schumacher was involved in an embarrassing crash.
The seven time world champ lost control of his Mercedes at turn 12 and spun across the grass and into the barriers in front of the stands.
Schumacher was unhurt but looked sheepish as his car was lifted onto the crane.
Showers throughout the day had made conditions difficult for the drivers with Schumacher not the only one to spin out in practice.
