The Rally Cross Final took off from Gilbert Lindsay Plaza, just outside the Staples Center on Day 3 of the X Games in LA.
French driver, Sebastien Loeb motored to the lead at the first corner in his Citroen and put some distance between himself and the rest of field midway through the race.
Making his first Global Rallycross appearance at the X Games, the eight-time World Rally Championship (WRC) winner rode to an easy victory in a time of 272.58 to take the gold medal.
Despite a right rear puncture and left front damage to his Ford Fiesta, Ken Block (284.81) was able to seize the silver and Brian Deegan (285.23) took home the bronze.
