Hi, I had a stroke 23rd Feb 2011, Ischemic, I have aphasia - This means I have difficulty talking, reading and writing, particularly when under pressure. I work very hard every day with speech therapist and friends I hope Sevene Branson conditions improved, I find it difficult but I continue WORK and my speech has improved. Good Luck.x

CT scans can't show all strokes - they can only show bleeding in the brain [which can be a hemorrhagic stroke - which is rare (less than 5% of all strokes)]. The correct precautionary thing to do is a neurological workup - all the medical gizmos in the world don't replace trained, professional medical care and monitoring.
