The boys arn't being themselves when they're getting beaten... They're all trying to play like someone else instead of employing their own personal strengths.

The NRL is a tough comp and if the boys arn't sticking to what they do best they'll fall short every time.

It comes down to respect for your own personal limits, and more importantly, belief in your mates.
