Maria Sharapova ran into a whirlwind in the form of Victoria Azarenka, Azarenka winning 6-3, 6-0.
Azarenka won her first Grand Slam tournament in just 1 hour and 22 minutes and aside from Sharapova getting away to a 2-0 lead in the first set, never looked like losing.
