Usually a marriage proposal gets a ‘yes’ or ‘no’… but not if you’re one of the world’s best tennis players and name’s Novak Djokovic.
Djokovic was in the middle of a practice session in New York when the words screamed out: “Djokovic… will you marry me?”
And to the delight of the crowd, Djokovic stopped his practice for the US Open and brought what turned out to be a young boy onto the court where he let him serve and then gave the boy one of his racquets.
It’s assumed that a racquet for this young tennis player is better than any ‘yes’... and there's always Jelena Ristic, Djokovic's girlfriend, who may have something to say about just who will marry the tennis star.
