Dwarf actor Verne Troyer is suing celebrity website TMZ.com over a sex tape he says was stolen and posted online.
The 39-year-old, best known for his role in the Austin Powers movies as Mini Me, is seeking more than $20 million in damages.
Troyer, who is 2’8” tall, is shown in the tape with former girlfriend Renae Shrider.
Producer Kevin Blatt is also being sued over the promotion of the 2004 sex tape featuring celebrity heiress Paris Hilton.
