A woman dubbed by American media as “Tanning Mom” is celebrating a court's decision not to indict her on a charge that she unlawfully let her five-year-old daughter into a tanning booth.
Patricia Krentcil says her life has been "a living hell" over the last year, but despite that her love of tanning hasn't faded.
