Nowhere does it state if a warranty is offered with this new Apple product, Jazz, or any details on the Big Red currently under research and development. When will it be launched and what are the likely plans or contracts? Which company is the preferred carrier? Does it work straight out of the box? Surely someone could undertake some testing and write a review. I also don't like the look of that plastic, shiny coating, are there health risks associated with it's use?
