Under the current economic climate, I don't think it is the right time to ask this kind of pay adjustment. Look at those people who are looking for a job! I'd fire them all and will never re-hire them. End of story.

How wrong you are Jodie! Try walking a mile in their shoes and you will realize they are asking for a fair wage increase. It may seem to all of us that the timing is wrong due to recession , but then times are hard for them too.

Fire them all and replace them with the hundreds of people waiting in line for their job. They are acting like children. Serving food in the sky is not worth 40000 bucks a year!!!!!
