I'm on my 3rd day of the detox (my first detox ever at 36) Day one was suprisingly easy Day two was a bit harder, I wasn't so much hungry, but wanted to eat. Today going well so far...felling very fresh, light and alert and have lost 2kg over the last 2 days I've made it a bit hard for myself as I'm cooking yummy meals for the rest of my family and will be on detox over Easter! I'm hoping to do 7 days.
i was thinking of doing the diet but im only turning 16. would that be ok haha
Read the instructions you clowns....
1800ml water, 140ml syrup, 3 and a half lemons, 2-3 pinches cayenne pepper
Hi guys I have done the dtox diet 3 times now purely for weight loss as well as getting rid of bad body toxins... I never felt hungy at all, also try making the drink according to what tastes good to you, the more I made it the less the taste bothered me, really love it ice cold and the biggest reward was loosing 9 kgs in 7 days
I'm on the first day of the lemon detox and do not believe what the website says about it tasting "pleasant" it tastes horrible & burns on the way down after a couple of glasses. I feel dizzy & nauseous due to lack of food, not due to "toxins" being released as the website describes. I think its a have & now have wasted $90 buying it!
how do you do this diet? what quantities of what do you put in the drink? Would love to give it a go before xmas
I am on the first day of a lemon detox diet. I haven't had a thing to eat all day and I am STARVING!! I cannot understand how people say that they did not feel hungry doing this. I am also a bit weak and shaky and like I said, this is only the first day. I'm not a big person or big eater either. I'm not sure how long I wil last. At the end of the day I am starving myself which cannot be a good thing. I'll try to stick at it though, I am just hoping that the dizziness and weakness is going to disappear or I won't be able to concentrate on my work on Monday.
I have read about the lemon detox a lot and all recommend in 1 glass of water squeeze half a lemon and 2 spoons of syrup and a dash of Cayenne pepper and you can also substitute the ginger for Cayenne but my question is can I use pure honey instead of the syrup???
Does anyone know??
