I really like the idea that staple food ie milk, bread, cheese, meat etc is GST FREE. All 'junk' food has the tax on it. that could well make a difference to pockets and wastelines (deliberate pun) Was just recently in Aussie where I saw this and thought it a great move. Every little bit helps and we have to eat. Can't give up food like you can ciggies or alcohol eh :)

Oh wow, a nutritionist who believes in personal choice and responsibility, well I'll be damned. That's a first.

Dave, I am one of these prim and proper nutritionist types and I fully support you to eat exactly what you want, smoke what you want and drink what you want. Just please sign somehting first accepting that you don't require any publicly funded health care so that the money can be used to help people with unavoidable ill-health rather than wasted on you. cheers, enjoy your lifestyle.
