It is important to note as well that there may have been other students with the same results under the 'best in the world' category and that 'in the world' really only refers to the group of students who took the exam in that session - exclusively from the Southern Hemisphere and primarily from Africa, Australia and New Zealand...
not just smartest in the world for that subject.. what about AP exams? or IB?
