History repeats itself. Hone is standing for Tangata Whenua. They have been taking for a ride and Maori people are so frustrated with the system. Why is it OK for other ethnic group to talk racist but when Tangata Whenua gets upset, straight away, it is not within context and shall be punished. Go Hone, you're the man, stand up for Maori.

I would go and have a beer with Hone, and talk over his concerns because as a European NZ'r I feel that history has shown that Successive governments have, and are not being honest with the voting public as to the real motives of local and foreign powers!. When at the moment life changing "treaty's" are being signed on behalf of all peoples of all lands on falsehoods, hidden agendas and basically anti-human legally binding laws!. I'm sure he would concur that these issues are at the root of why there is a growing gap between rich and poor , democratic power and tyranny !. I would be using the same strong language as well!. Troubled times!.
