In general people in wellington were extreamly friendly and welcoming. What a beautiful city yiou have and what wonderful facilities. Unicyclists are not clowns but very talented sportspeople. Im sure Wellington businesses were more than happy to host and benefit from this world class event. We had a lovely time in Wellington.

So-called Wellingtonian, YOU are a clown - and a pignoramus! Cycling is a legitimate, valid form of tramsport, and I bet you're one of the ignorant pedestrians who often ruin my morning bike ride to work across the waterfront with their stupid behaviour. Take your headphones off, then you might hear us coming! (You're probably Paul Henry in disguise, and will be calling us retards next!)

Wellingtonian seems not to be a "Wellingtonian" if he has no tolerance for this sport, this pin head should go live in auckland.

i have nearly been run over by busses numerous times in wellington maybe they should take their busses elsewhere. the fact is you havent been run down yet. what people fail to see is that while rding a unicycle these people have alot of control. often more control than most people have on their own 2 feet. sure, for 11 days you may have to actuly look where your walking (heaven forbid) but you should be thankfull that unicyclists think wellington is a good enough city to hold their world convention,, not to mention the 2million dollars they are bringing with them.

These people ARE clowns as they cycle fast and dangerously along Wellington's pavements. After nearly been run over by several of them cycling four abreast, I wish they would hold their sport elsewhere.
