if you have a look at the CGA website it doesn't cover auctions... trademe is an auction site sadly any news site wont point this out as negitive news sells. yes it is price fixing and shouldn't be done but half the story is only 1 side shame nz news cant be positive once in a while

ah, so people support people breaking the law as long as they are the "small people". So how can people complain when companies do it if you support these people doing it? The law is the law, and he broke it. Dayne, why does someone who is doing their job need to get a life or a new job. Perhaps you need to go learn what her job is and as for her life, are you stalking her?

Bob is right on the mark
Why doesn't the Commerce Commission check out pre payed untraceable cell phones of middle management executives in the Oil Companies. They could find collusion going on every day. What about Telecom and Vodafone or the banks that charge $25.00 to send your money to Australia but only $10.00 to send it back to New Zealand. They are all sucking every Dollar out of the consumer they can- its called business
