How dare that sicko attempt to portray Sophie Elliot as the villain - he is the personification of pure evil and deserves everything bad that he will most likely receive in prison. Well done to the jury who suffered through horrendous evidence and reached the right verdict!! My heart goes out to Sophie's parents - I could not imagine how I would feel if either of my babies were taken in such a horrific way. You will never forget your beautiful daughter, but I hope in time your hearts will mend.

This man has not only destroyed a young life, he has destroyed many lives. I feel for her family especially her parents. Now their prison sentence has started as they come to the final realisation of life without their daughter.

I hope this man is put away for a very long time.

How could stabbing someone over 200 times ever be manslaughter? However angry someone could become, only a psycho could stab someone in that manner.Regardless of provocation.Like the worm that he is,he tried to wriggle out of his actions by claiming manslaughter.Didnt even have the guts to tell it like it was.I hope the sentencing reflects that.

YES, WELL DONE, YE HA!!!!! All of the above. Couldn't have happened to a nicer person by the sound of things. Soooo soooo glad for Sophie's family and friends. At least they have some closure now. No Sophie but as much justice as this country has the kahunnas to offer. The death sentence would be more appropriate for an animal like this but hey he has to survive prison yet. I bet they are waiting for you to arrive Clayton!!!
To Sophie's Mum, my thoughts are with you and at least you can try to get a bit of your life back to normal now. BIG HUG
