Oh Look what we have here. A islander who think's she knows it all. Most of her relations are on the benefit and a burden to the tax payer. How many of your relations are in State homes while the Maori are on the streets and living in the bushes? You blame me for the damage that happened in Samoa. You are one sick person. Where did you go to school or are you one of those islanders who didnt go? That explains it all. If you applied to NZI now, you wouldnt be let in with your views. You only allowed to live her because you were born here. Are your parents living in a State house? Most of the Overstayers here are Islanders. Time to pack up, go home and help your own people who are need. What did the Government(Samoa) do with the 52 million dollars the NZ tax payer gave them? No-one knows. The money wasnt given to the people of Samoa, thats for sure. What happened to the MP Phillips Field. Oh that's right in jail for bringing in Illegal immigrants under false Immigrantion papers.

Here is the letter I got after waiting nearly 2 months in Samoa, from the Immigration New Zealand office there. The information they speak of is 13yrs old police record, no felonies. Dear Mr Dermatidis, APPLICATION FOR A VISITORS VISA We are writing in regards to your application for a visitors visa which was accepted for consideration on 13 August, 2009. Our decision on your application We have declined your application for a visitor's visa because you do not meet the policy requirements. We previously advised you that after completing our first assessment of your application, we had informations that may be prejudicial to the approval of your application. We gave you these informations and the opportunity to comment before a decision was made. Although we received further information from you, we can find no reason to issue a visa as an exception to the policy. As a result, we regret to advice that your application for a visa has been declined. Accordingly, we feel that there is a risk that you may seek to stay in New Zealand for reasons other than those stated in your application. We can find no reason to issue a visa as an exception to the policy. We understand this decision will be a disappointment to you but remind you that you are not prevented from making further applications in the future. Should you do so, please be advised that a new visa officer will be assigned to your application. While any further application will certainly be considered on its merits, without prejudice to the outcome of any further application, our experience has shown that unless your circumstances have changed in any subsequent application, you are unlikely to receive a different decision. You should note that Section 10 of the New Zealand Immigration Act 1987 states that the granting of a visa is a matter of discretion, and you do not have a right to appeal against the decision to decline a visa application. Yours sincerely Wynnona Penn Visa Officer

@ Vince, No worries mate, as the News won't put everything in their report that was given. I can understand. As I was a bit upset from the news and did go a little over the top, please accept my apology for the outburst. I can't accept the behavior of INZ and being lied to then to top it it off saying I am unwanted. I don't want to be on the benefit or want anything from the taxpayers. The only thing I want from the government is my right to live in New Zealand as I have skills that can be an asset to New Zealand. I am not asking for anything that any normal human wants, to be back in the safety and security of the home I have lived in for 6 years and to be a resident of the country, family and friends that I love more than anything on earth. Oh Christ, a grown man crying, excuse me. Isn't that what the UN's Human Rights are all about? Thank you Vince.
