Hasn't anyone noticed that this trend of big business ripping of ordinary people is the NORM not a one off!. About time we all got rid of these thugs running or lives!.

If she is young, whats an old mother look like? Here in NZ the watchdogs dont have the balls or power to stand up to these companies, just a waste of time, and thats how they get away with it.
