I would just like to say, I am a student in Dunedin. I am really disappointed with the behaviour of the students. I live on Grange Street with my 3 1/2 year old child. We have resided here for the last 3 years, never have we felt unsafe until now. I will definately be moving out of this area as soon as possible because I do not believe that we are safe living in this area anymore.

I also have footage from that night if you would be interested in it. It's probably too late for it now, but the offer is there if you want it.

Thanks for listening.

Banning the event may make everyone feel better but it wont address the problem of excessive substance abuse or the attitudes of youth to responsibility and respect for others and their property.
