If you have an eye for a fine piece of historic machinery, then you might want to check out the collection of vintage motorcycles about to go under the hammer.

They range from carefully conserved veteran machines – that is pre-1914 – to post-classic racing bikes, those manufactured between 1930 and 1945.

These fine machines are on display every day at Deus ex Machina in Auckland until next Wednesday's auction.

Webbs curator Neil Campbell took Campbell Live on an exclusive tour of his favourite exhibits.

Do you not mean Ronnie Moore? Or may be Ivan Mauger?

Thanks for this, my Dad used to race at aranui speedway in christchurch, I remember going there a lot as a kid. Dad is still alive and living in Whangarei, he is 92 and raced against Ronnie Major.
