Thats why I don't fly Jetstar, cheap and nasty service people, and customer service is the worst in the world... They make Tiger Airways look like a luxury airline.

No way she looks pregnant, terrible. We should not allow these cowboy airlines to fly in NZ. They had probably oversold seats on the flight and wanted rid of some passengers.

I thinks this lady is a little easily offended, I understand her embarrassment but I think there are genuine liability issues with pregnant passengers and therefore the staff member was probably on the side of caution for that reason. Grabbing her arm was a bit off though and she doesn't look pregnant.
