The main route between Wairoa and Gisborne has partially reopened after a stock truck crashed blocking the road.
The truck crashed about 5km north of Wairoa on SH2 shortly before 10am today.
Police have reopened the road to light vehicles only and heavy goods vehicles were being diverted.
Two people were in the truck at the time of the crash and one suffered a minor injury. No other vehicle was involved.
