The artist behind Mike Tyson's tattoo is suing for breach of copyright in The Hangover: Part 2

Thursday's premiere of The Hangover: Part 2 is in jeopardy after a tattoo artist took the makers, Warner Brothers, to court.

The artist has been suing for breach of copyright.

He claims they did not have permission to reproduce the tattoo he designed for Mike Tyson's face.
