Who would want to be a policeman having to contend with idiot Judges screwing up like this? Our judicial system needs a good swift kick up the arse. Thats not going to happen - hell, when a sly defence lawyer can con a dopey judge into suppressing an offenders past record to enable that low life to dodge a murder conviction anything is possible.
