It's 12 months ago to the day since the Warriors were embarrassed during one of the most tumultuous weeks in rugby league history.
Now they're looking for some payback.
Anzac Day is about honouring the past - but for the Warriors, April 25 last year isn't a day they want to remember.
"That was good, fun that night yeah," says coach Ivan Cleary. "It was one of those things, wasnt it. We're looking forward to going down and certainly having a better night than that one."
The match was just days after the Storm had been stripped of premierships and told they'd play for no points in 2010 after their infamous salary cap rort - and the Warriors felt the full backlash, humiliated 40-6.
"We didn't turn up, and they just dominated," says prop Sam Rapira. "I think it's a good chance for us to get one back on them."
In fact the Warriors have a good record against Melbourne - they've only lost two from the last six - and have posted some of the club's most memorable wins on Storm soil.
Many in the team consider the Storm not just the current benchmark, but the club's greatest rivals.
"I think they're the best going around right at the moment," says Rapira. "From one to 17, their forward pack their backline, they're all doing their thing."
Something the Warriors have to emulate - four losses from their six games this season is not good enough.
Rapira says it's time to stop being so soft on themselves.
"As players we need to man up, step up and do our job, 'cause we train well, but sometimes we get to the game and it just goes out the window."
Both clubs want the match to be an annual Anzac Day feature, adding even further to their rivalry.
