Besides the All Blacks win, the other big rugby story of the weekend was Piri Weepu's defection to the Auckland Blues.
That's shocked many who expected Weepu to stay with the Wellington team for a long time yet. After all, it is his hometown, and in his 84 games for the Hurricanes he's been a real star.
But Weepu says after a difficult season in which his mates were dropped from the Hurricanes, it is time for him to go.
He will admit he'll miss many things about life in Wellington, including the riches of its coastline.
