The national museum, Te Papa, is about to mark its 20 millionth visitor. But it's hardly in the mood for celebrations.
Ballerina Eliza Jost was visiting Te Papa during a few hours off when she was greeted by a giant stuffed kea, a waiata and fanfare from a large crowd as she was welcomed as the museum's 20 millionth visitor.
Te Papa may start charging for admission if Wellington City Council funding is cut.
