You won't have any rights if you are bloody DEAD and if it the situation comes down to face to face confrontation that puts me or anyone else in danger,i will do the best to prevent that chreat from endangering me or anyone else,so cut all this bullshit of Rights, unless you want to ask the chreat if he wants you to bake him a cake, before he kills you; YEH RIGHT (that will be a dark day in Hell, before that will ever happen) They are a Chreat to you and they see you as a chreat to Them....so what were you Saying about Rights

Depends you have 2 sets of rights

a) Rights granted by law under Crimes Act 1961, you can defend yourself and others with reasonable level of force as YOU feel necessary to protect your life.

b) Rights the police think you should have (ie curl up in a ball and take a beating) and then prosecute you for fighting back with anything more than harsh words.

The police and how they enforce the law is creating victims in 2 ways.

1) encouraging people not to fight back for fear of prosecution

2) financially ruining people in court by forcing them to justify the force used to protect themselves.
