On the day the Dotcom Mansion was raided by police officers armed with semi-automatic weapons, much of what happened was filmed.
Not by the police, not by media but by the security cameras at the home.
The footage from those cameras could answer many of the questions about that controversial raid.
Was the FBI there?
What guns were carried and were they pointed at anyone?
Was it over the top for a man charged with internet crimes?
Or did the police behave entirely appropriately?
If the footage can answer those questions, why hasn’t it been able to?
Even if it is not released publicly, where is it and why hasn't it been given to the dotcom legal team?
