What's killing the cats?

Cats are born wanderers, but as the song goes, they generally come back, if not the very next day.
But in one New Plymouth neighbourhood something's astray. There have been 13 feline deaths, suspected poisonings and disappearances from the same small suburban block of houses.
Their owners think that's too many to be a coincidence and fear foul play.
