Lol. I'd like to know where to sign up for the same art classes as the guy that drew the Identikit Sketch. Ha ha ha I've never laughed so much especially upon thinking that the sketch is likened to a drawing from a 5yrd old, which makes me wonder do they Bolivian Police employ them that young or is it a case of "Out of the hands of a babe".
