Nice idea, so long as if riders of it stay of the goddamn footpath.

There are already cyclists, store signs, old people on ride-on scooters, Segways, café chairs, pub smoking areas.

Get off!

Do I have to have some sort of machine to run someone down to get any respect? I just want to walk from A to B! I don’t need a vehicle to do this.

Don't get me wrong. I like the idea but keep them off the footpath.

Sadly Dave has a point. Looks like great fun though. I guess they will have the same problem as the Segway. Apart from looking like a complete target on two wheels the cost is going to kill the company. Segway runs at AU$5000 and this at AU$7000 and it all makes the Razor motor scooter look incredibly cheap at AU$400. Shame really. They could kill the market if they went for volume
