Who should replace Oprah?

No-one please? Just give us a break. She was in it for the money, as they all are. The donations are all tax deductable and it goes with the power. Soon she'll be standing for congress or the first black governess or whatever they call themselves.

No church thanks. Theres to many sucking others in now. If the real Jesus comes forward well then may be.

Who cares?

My money is on Oprah grooming young Jordan for a kid's talk show. What made Oprah so successful is her wisdom and social conscience - it seems only fitting that such influence is excercised over a younger audience in an attempt to 'educate and steer' future contributors to society. Well, that's what I hope for - cartoons and other trashy kids' programmes need to be replaced. I also suspect that Dr Oz is getting his own show as has happened with Dr Phil.

My mother-in-law who (god bless her) has Alzheimers would be good. Thats how I see the show "forgettable" as soon as you switch it off!! It actually set a precedence of all other reality talk back shows that followed and soon they all became boring, but alas it did entertain those bored housewives &/or bludgers who sit on the backsides and dont go to work!!

Paul Henry would be shot within the first week of the show if he took over,he just cant keep his mouth shut and refrain from taking cheap shots at those who are a little differant,i bet he wouldn't dare make any snide commentsd about the likes of David Tua or the Mountain man?

The person to replace her has to be somebody that speaks from the heart and experience. Somebody thats going to contribute to the world.

Oprah made her show her own and did very well so whom ever they choose should do like wise. Start from the begining.
