We've spent many hours trying to find another ZEH, have spoken with industry bodies to get their opinion, and are part of an International Energy Agency study which sees us as the first in the country. That said, it really doesn't matter to us. Our goal is to spread the message that it can be done and show how to do it. It's irrelevant if we're first, second, or tenth.
