It’s the Machine v the Warrior to see who will win the vacant IBO World Cruiserweight Title at Hisense Arena, Melbourne on Wednesday, November 21.
It’s also an Australia versus New Zealand battle royale.
Aussie and Triple World Champion Danny ‘The Green Machine’ Green takes on Kiwi Shane ‘The Mountain Warrior’ Cameron with both fighters on top of their game, albeit with Cameron having to shed a few extra pounds prior to the fight which could affect conditioning.
Green is coming off the back of an impressive win over Danny Santiago, while Cameron knocked out Monte Barrett with a brutal right hook in the fourth round of his last fight.
The fans have been waiting for this, and so has Cameron. The New Zealander has been chasing the Green bout for months.
Also on the card is ‘Wild’ Will Tomlinson, defending his IBO World Featherweight title.
Undercard fights start at 8pm (NZT) with the main event likely to start at about 11pm and finish at approximately 12:30am.
