Christchurch residents tired of insurance woes
Patience is starting to wear pretty thin amongst policy holders in Christchurch still waiting for payouts from their insurance companies.
Within the legal profession there's talk of class actions to try and force the issue for home owners, who lack the clout to act individually.
But it's not just homeowners facing insurance woes. Many big businesses and property owners are waiting on vast sums of money - money that if reinvested, would be a major boost to the economy and the city's rebuild.
