Hawke's Bay's dry summer
To say it's been a dry summer in Hawke's Bay is an understatement - in parts they've had the least rainfall in 50 summers.
And it's not just the Hawke's Bay preparing for a drought to be officially declared, all around the North Island farmers are hurting.
