The world's most powerful female politician, Hillary Rodham-Clinton, is in Christchurch tonight at the end of her fleeting visit to New Zealand.
She is hoping to get out and see the earthquake damage for herself tomorrow morning.
Today she had time to speak to 3 News political editor, Duncan Garner.
He asked her if the Wellington declaration, signed yesterday, means our two nations are moving closer together despite our history of disagreements.
